CTC International has introduced a smaller version of its CS1224 Clamshell splicer for non-stop packaging and converting applications. This smaller version, designated CS1214, is only 36 inches long, allowing it to fit in the most compact areas, yet it can accommodate two full 14 inch diameter rolls.
