Corrugated range increased

20 February 2006

Improved corrugated medium and a new anti tarnish paper are now available from Julius Schulte Trebsen. The company has also expanded its range to include higher grammages.

"The introduction of our Ultraflute product closes the gap in our corrugating medium portfolio," explains sales director Martin Hild. He says the improved corrugating medium based on recycled fibres offers up to 15 per cent better values as market standard surrogate fluting products, enabling comparable grammages to be "substantially stronger".

The grammage range for testliner 3 now extends from 100 to 280g/m2, an extension designed to satisfy the increasing demand for higher grammage products. Other product types in higher grammages can also be ordered.

Another new specialized product is anti tarnish paper, useful in applications where the corrosion of metal parts must be prevented. Other specialized products available include greaseproof, flame retardant, moisture resistant, waterproof and fungicide impregnated papers.
