The new converting facility of UK cartonboard and paper stockist Warren Converting is now fully operational and at full capacity, with the potential to increase its capacity further with the introduction of a shift system.
The new 42,000ft² facility in West Bromwich, part of Warren's recent seven figure investment, includes a reel and pallet stock operation, reel to sheet cutting, and rewinding and guillotining.
Divisional director Bryen Humphreys comments: "As we all know, lead times are all important, and being able to offer the choice of mill making, next day delivery on pallet stock or having the product delivered to exact requirements, is of considerable benefit to customers".
Warren will shortly be in a position to offer both FSC and PEFC certified material from the new conversion plant.
