"Given the current state of the paper industry, we were expecting the attendance to be slightly lower than in 1999, which they were – 1,500 this year as opposed to 1,923. But the number of mill visitors was higher than in previous years and the quality was also up with a large percentage having purchasing power or holding a decision making position."
