Visitors who register for the CPP Expo 2005 converting show will also be able to attend Pack Expo Las Vegas 2005 without incurring additional expense.
Leo Nadolske, president of CPP Expo 2005, explains: "Attendees will be able to tour both events with the same badge. With CPP Expo focused on the converting industry, and Pack Expo Las Vegas focusing on packaging, consumer and industrial goods companies looking for complete printing and packaging solutions will strongly benefit."
Both shows will be held next September 26-28 - CPP Expo at the Sands Expo & Convention Center, Pack Expo Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
"There is simply no question that time has passed by some of the old-line trade shows," opines Leo Nadolske. "No doubt, there was a time when the entire packaging industry convened as a single entity within a common trade show venue. It was right for the time. Today 's most progressive package printers and converters and their trade associations once again believe that with contemporary adaptations of an all-inclusive trade show is the correct method of operation.
"That is why both package printers and converters need a fresh trade show. Co-operating with Pack Expo Las Vegas, and co-locating TAPPI's PLACE Conference and Corrugated Packaging Division's Annual Meeting, the CPP Expo concept of 'bringing the supply chain together' is not re-energizing an old event. It is creating a spectacular opportunity for buyers and sellers to conduct business in an exciting, professional and economic fashion," he claims.
"What we believe and what the leaders of the packaging/converting world are telling us is that they want the efficiencies of being able to view packaging and converting lines. They want an increased buying audience. They want to penetrate the supply chain. And they want a broad based all-inclusive converting and package printing exposition - we have responded."
