Manufacturer of water based functional coatings and additives for the paper industry Michelman has acquired Kemira's anti skid and specialty coating lines sold to the paper converter market. The deal adds the Kemira line of coatings to Michelman's existing silica based non skid coating line. The Cinncinnati based company now offers former Kemira customers single source access to a complete line of anti skid and barrier coatings, and technical service. Former Kemira business group manager Rob Toth has joined Michelman.
