An hour-long, on-line presentation entitled ‘Security and RFID Issues and Trends - How will RFID Affect Your Business?’ will be the first in a series of webcasts offered by CMM International on October 12. It is designed to provide converters with the opportunity to learn how other converters have successfully applied RFID technology in their business process.
The webcast will focus on the recent shift to RFID technology as an industry practice and the cost effectiveness of placing deadlines on the transfer to RFID technology for converting companies. Tom Hartmann, RFID manager of the Topflight Corp, will be the main presenter at the event and other RFID experts will soon be announced.
More than 15,000 converting professionals from over 60 countries are expected to attend the 2007 CMM International, June 4-7, at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center, near Chicago.
