The Clondalkin Group has acquired Kenilworth Products, Irish label supplier to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, for an undisclosed amount. The company becomes part of Clondalkin’s Specialist Packaging Division.
Kenilworth Products supplies many of the world’s leading companies with multi layered, hanging and tamper evident labels, many including specialist features such as braille, vignette and bollini integration. Clinical trials and pack consolidation is a key part of their product portfolio.
“The acquisition is an excellent strategic fit for Clondalkin as it complements our existing operations, specifically Pharmagraphic Guy of Cork”, says John Fitzgerald, ceo of Clondalkin’s Specialist Packaging Division. “It strengthens our ability to service our customers’ global packaging requirements.”
