The Cerutti Group has acquired Bernal Technologies, US based manufacturer of rotary die cutting equipment for the folding carton industry, for an undisclosed sum.
Bernal is located in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and operates a joint venture manufacturing plant in Shanghai, China. It has 127 employees and a turnover of about $20M. The company joins Zerand, Iberica and Flexotecnica within the Cerutti Group.
