Isra Vision’s Parsytec web break monitoring systems based on IntelliCam technology enable paper manufacturers to systematically monitor the principle stages in production, from the wet end to the reel.
The systems synchronize views of multiple paper machine locations and provide automatic and manual capture of defects, sheet breaks and sheet behaviour. Detrimental process changes and defects can be caught and corrected, improving paper quality and stopping sheet breaks, the company states.
The major advantage of the system is said to be the extremely high image quality – ‘crystal-clear despite high production speeds and harsh environmental conditions’.
