Brückner Maschinenbau has supplied a high performance 8.7m wide BOPP film production line for the Taghleef Industries´ plant in Sohar, Oman - the seventh joint project between TI and Brückner.
The annual capacity increase of 35,000 t adds to a combined annual film production capacity of approximately 290,000 t for Taghleef which, as part of the Al Ghurair Group, UAE, is now one of the world’s largest BOPP film manufacturers.
Based in Dubai, TI manufactures both BOPP and CPP films for packaging applications. It currently has manufacturing facilities in the UAE, Egypt, Oman, Australia, Italy and Hungary.
