BOBST equipment and services on show at Converflex 2015 and Bobst Italia Open House

At the forthcoming Converflex exhibition, which takes place in Milan 19 to 23 May 2015, BOBST will present on stand Hall 2 - L11-M14 its comprehensive range of equipment and services developed to enable packaging manufacturers in the folding carton, corrugated board and flexible materials printing and converting industries to achieve their objectives of efficiency, productivity and product quality.

For flexible material printing and converting, gravure printing and laminating will be under the spotlight with equipment being shown both on the Converflex stand and at the Open House being held in Bobst Italia's Technology Center in San Giorgio Monferrato 20 - 22 May. BOBST will also present the latest developments in flexo printing, coating and vacuum metallizing. These range from the latest configurations of the F&K 20SIX platform of flexo printing solutions, to the General vacuum metallizers, including the BOBST General Hawkeye pinhole detection system and the AlOx process for clear high barrier films, through to BOBST coating lines for a wide variety of applications.

Of interest to folding carton packaging manufacturers will be the BOBST equipment developed specifically for this sector. Covering all aspects of the production process, BOBST designs and manufactures innovative equipment that directly addresses its clients' business needs. The latest BOBST developments include the brand new EXPERTFOLD 145 and 165 folder-gluers which give true control of the litho-laminate folding processes. Also new is the NOVACUT 106 ER automatic die-cutter, which brings a new level of affordability and ease to the in-line blanking of folding cartons. Visitors will also be able to get information on the whole BOBST range, including the best selling EXPERTCUT 106 PER die-cutter.

Also showcased will be the extensive BOBST range of services, designed to help users achieve optimum production levels, expand their capacity and succeed in their existing, or new, markets.
