Advanced Vision Technology has announced second quarter sales of $7M, 13 per cent above the same period in 2005, and 3 per cent over the first quarter of 2006. Net income for the quarter rose 52.9 per cent to $1.7M ($1.1M in 2005). Net income for the first six months of 2006 rose by 58.4 per cent to $2.9M ($1.8M for the same period in 2005). The company claims more than 1,300 of its systems are now installed worldwide.
