Sandon Global played a winning part in the recent FlexoTech Awards in London, where seven of the 12 winning print entries were produced using the company’s anilox rolls.
Top of the list was CCL Label Decorative Sleeves, whose work won the ‘Best in the Show’ award. Process manager Martin Seamons said: “The technical back-up, service and laser engraving technology supplied by Sandon Global has enabled our company to develop its print capability beyond the standard parameters of flexo print.”
Sandon’s managing director, John Millington, added: “All the right prepress and operating parameters have to be in place and the specification of the anilox roll is probably one of the most important factors in achieving high quality prints.
