Print and packaging company alpha media solutions has invested £200,000 in a Prinect Inpress offset colour management system for the Heidelberg Speedmaster press at its facility in Bradford, UK.
The Prinect Inpress automatically measures and controls colour at any speed. Integrated directly into the press, it forwards any corrections directly to the Prinect Press Centre control station while the press is running - achieving maximum productivity.
The system is said to guarantee reliable colour data throughout the workflow process and cut service costs. It complies with ISO regulations and offers continuous production monitoring and quality reporting.
