Futec's new MaxEye 100 per cent automated surface defect detection system is designed to detect holes, spots, wrinkles, edge cracks and coating streaks in real-time.
The system is configured according to application and can include Futec's own 4,000 bit line scan cameras, 2,000 bit cameras or 1,000 bit and 500 bit linescan technology. This enables the best combination of cameras to suit the required resolution and line speed, which in some cases may be up 1,500m/min.
