The Paper Machine 4 producing crepe paper at Ahlstrom’s Kauttua, Finland, plant has assumed a five-day working model from December 8 to 23, 2008. A number of employees will also be temporarily laid off from December 27 to January 18, 2009. Ahlstrom says the aim is to match its production of crepe paper to current demand and stock levels.
