Agfa-Gevaert to acquire dotrix

Agfa-Gevaert has reached an agreement with Barco to acquire dotrix, the Belgian based digital colour printing solutions specialist, for around €6M. Dotrix has about 75 staff and its estimated turnover for 2003 is €5M.
