Aerogen wins Queens Award

25 April 2007

In the UK, The Queen’s Award for Enterprise – International Trade 2007 has been awarded to The Aerogen Co, manufacturer of industrial gas burner systems. The award recognizes increased export sales over a three-year period. Aerogen exports to an average of 80 countries each year, equivalent to 90 per cent of the company’s annual turnover.

Specializing in flame treatment of plastics, paper and film in addition to bakery and industrial heating products, Aerogen’s technology also enables other low emission manufacturing processes to be implemented elsewhere in production facilities.

Managing director Tony Wilkinson comments: “This award is the result of our staff’s continual commitment to satisfy our customers. A combination of innovation, expertise and experience makes concerted and vigorous efforts to break into new markets around the world and this award recognizes those achievements”.
