Advantra 9271 is a new premium hotmelt adhesive specially formulated by HB Fuller for strong bonding of lightweight sustainable folding box boards.
Developed in partnership with carton and machine manufacturers, Advantra 9271's reliability, versatility and clean running performance has been established by extensive testing. In trials with numerous carton types, reflecting trends toward lightweight, coated and grease-resistant folding box boards, it proved to be consistently effective and give strong fibre tear, the manufacturer states. The new adhesive also continued to perform optimally even when running on fast packaging lines and subjected to extremes of heat and cold.
As with all Advantra grades, the adhesive's viscosity is consistent, so that users can 'set and forget' it on their packing lines, knowing that their operations will continue to run smoothly.
