Acquisition of Creo
DS Smith Plc, the leading provider of recycled corrugated packaging in Europe, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Creo.
Creo is a specialist in Point of Sale and display products and services for in-store marketing, located in the South East of England and employs c.285 people. The business is focussed on FMCG, retail and media markets and significantly builds on DS Smith's capability within the UK market.
