In the UK, CDM Solutions has acquired Abraqsys Business Systems, a software development company for the sheet-feeding sector of the corrugated industry.
The ‘amicable acquisition’ is said to provide a superb strategic fit with CDM’s business, which already has an established client base in the corrugated market, both within integrated plants and the sheet plant sector.
CDM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shuttleworth Business Systems, a leading supplier of Management Information Systems to the packaging industry.
