International contractor for spooling services Chameleon Skaife has acquired Bradford, UK, based Concorde Tape Solutions in a £1M deal said to make it the largest spool winding contractor in Europe by volume and turnover.
Richard Hobson, managing director of Chameleon Skaife, comments: "This acquisition is a key element of our expansion plans for the UK and Europe. We can only benefit from the expertise and goodwill generated by Concorde Tape Solutions during the 26 years it has operated as an independent business.
