HP has appointed Accel UK as the first official Media Treatment Centre for HP Indigo commercial substrates. The company will treat a wide variety of media for use on HP Indigo digital presses.
The qualified media will offer greater opportunities for HP Indigo users, with over 95 per cent of all printing papers in the traditional litho market being treated for use on the presses. Accel’s appointment follows the accreditation of Baker Materials as the first official MTC for industrial substrates.
Chris Dillon, Accel UK’s European operations manager, comments: “We are willing to trial any media a customer asks us to, and we have treated most papers on the market, from the basic to the exotic, high value hand-made papers with a near 100 per cent success rate."
